    A representative’s identity record continues when they move between employers. Affiliations are managed separately, so a change of organisation no longer requires a representative to start their identity record again.

    Reuse eligible credential evidence

    Previously assessed evidence can support credentialing at participating facilities where it meets their requirements.

    OCID provides the identity record used throughout the credentialing workflow. Veritas assesses the supporting evidence, while Axis applies the relevant facility and area requirements. Access to a representative’s information remains subject to the user’s role and permissions.
